Steps:

1. Designer places order for all furniture and ships it to our warehouse

2. Designer notifies us about the order

3. We receive the order, inspect the furniture or fixture to make sure it’s in perfect condition. If it is not, we will notify the designer, re-pack, and ship it back for replacement.

4. We store the furniture and fixtures for that project until designer gives us a date where we can deliver & install.

5. Designer provides floor plan

6. We schedule delivery and installation day and time with the client

7. We deliver and install

8. We can even provide photos of each room before we leave so the designer can approve.
